Capturepoint Information Privacy Policy

The privacy of our clients is very important to us. We have created this policy in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy and security. This Privacy Policy describes how Capturepoint collects information from our clients, what we do with the information we collect, and your choices concerning the collection and use of such information.

Capturepoint's "Opt-Out" Policy

It is Capturepoint's policy to respect our users' requests not to receive email or direct mailed information distributed by Capturepoint. To be excluded from receiving Capturepoint electronic newsletters, please send an email to: editor@Capturepoint.com. When it is necessary to notify users of a change in Capturepoint's services, Capturepoint reserves the right to notify its users by means of communication even if users have completed "Opt-Out" forms across the site.

Capturepoint may from time to time build co-branded sites, co-branded pages, and provide unique services or offers through such partnerships.

Capturepoint has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under Capturepoint's control. Capturepoint currently hosts a secure server that protects our users names and passwords and any other personally identifiable information. In addition, Capturepoint requires all users to login to receive account information, while utilizing security measures such as firewall protection and secure servers to ensure data integrity.

Registration

Clients are asked to provide certain personal information at the point where Capturepoint agrees to provide goods and or services to the client. This personal information is used to manage each client’s account (such as for billing purposes). This information is not shared with third parties, unless otherwise agreed to or in special circumstances. Capturepoint may, however, identify you as one of our clients for marketing or advertising purposes.

In addition, because of the nature of the services we provide, Capturepoint may have access to certain confidential or otherwise proprietary information of our clients. In such case, the use and/or dissemination of such information will be governed by the confidentiality provision(s) in the contract the client signs with us.
