To meet the needs of all organizations, we offer several support offerings that provide expert-level customer support, best practices, and administrative knowledge to meet your organization's needs.

We value and solicit your feedback. Our goal is to foster an environment where our clients feel comfortable calling us to tell us what they think, what works, and what can be improved. In turn, we use that feedback to develop and expand our product and services offering. That's why we include 25 hours of free customer support with your subscription each year.

  • Administrative services and technical support. Up to 25 hours of administrative services, product technical support and training once the subscription is activated. Additional support blocks may be purchased if your organization has special custom development or administrative support needs.
  • Customer support. Technical and administrative support to residents and other users of the public interfaces.
  • Training. Training doesn't have to end after your implementation. Additional training can be purchased if your organization wants to hold ongoing training sessions.
  • Online help. Searchable, online help manuals.
